Terms of Service

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and warrant that you have the authority to bind the organization to these Terms.

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction and not be subject to applicable sanctions or restrictions to use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials, devices, passcodes, recovery phrases, and any authentication factors. Circovault will never request your private keys or seed phrase. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

• The Services may include non-custodial wallets. You control your private keys; Circovault cannot recover them.
• Loss of a private key or seed phrase will result in the loss of access to associated Digital Assets.
• Back up your seed phrase and store it securely offline.

Transactions broadcast to a blockchain are irreversible. You are responsible for verifying recipient addresses, network selection, gas/fees, and transaction details. Circovault does not control blockchain networks and cannot guarantee transaction confirmation times.

• Network fees are set by the applicable blockchain and are outside of Circovault's control.
• We may charge service fees for certain features; such fees will be disclosed in-product where applicable.
• You are responsible for all taxes arising from your use of the Services.

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
• Infringing, harmful, or abusive content or conduct.
• Circumventing security or integrity of the Services.
• Using the Services in violation of sanctions or export controls.

Digital Assets involve significant risk, including market volatility, smart contract risk, and potential loss of funds. You acknowledge that you use the Services at your own risk and that Circovault does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and sanctions programs. Circovault may restrict access to the Services where required by law or policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Circovault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Circovault and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your rights to use the Services will cease immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Last updated date. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Circovault operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in the applicable venue, unless otherwise required by law.
